Tom Studebaker has practiced real estate in the Boulder area since 1993 and is highly praised both by his clients and the industry for his dedication, commitment, integrity and honesty. He specializes in residential real estate marketing and sales and has helped more than 500 families buy and sell homes over the years.

He was born and raised in Boulder giving him unique insight to the community and market. His in-depth understanding of the unique sub-markets of the area is unique and coveted by his clients. Often his opinions and perspective is requested by the media for insight about local market conditions.

Tom began his real estate career in the Boulder area specializing in Boulder's premier new construction communities working with custom home builders as the exclusive on-site sales broker. These communities include: Country Club Estates, Four Mile Creek, Dakota Ridge North, Dakota Ridge Village, Prospect New Town, Eagle Trace and Vista Business Park.

Tom is married and has three young children from 6 to 12 years old who attend school in Boulder. His wife is a teacher’s assistant at Sacred Heart of Jesus School where their children attend. He is a member of Boulder Country Club and enjoys golfing, skiing hiking, biking and camping
