My name is Tom Studebaker and I am a real estate consultant.  I advise, offer representation and provide marketing services for buyers and sellers of residential homes in the cities of Boulder, Broomfield, Longmont, Lafayette, Louisville, Superior, Erie and Niwot Colorado. 

I have over fourteen years of experience and a substantial sales history having moving more than 1,000 families in and out of the local market.  This experience provides me with profound insight into local market subtleties which I use to aggressively negotiate for my client's benefit.

My clients include corporate transfer/relocation, move-up families, move down retirees, empty nesters, builders and developers.  I have extensive knowledge of new construction and custom homes from the many years I spent exclusively marketing some of Boulder's most prestigious new development communities.  I have personally built homes and contracted "fixes & flips".   I also offer complete coordinated contractor services for construction projects and remodels for my clients.

I cooperate with any REALTOR referrals and with corporate relocation companies. 

I hold the professional designations of Certified Residential Specialist (CRS), Graduate of Realtor Institute (GRI), Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR).

I received the following honors and awards from RE/MAX International: 100% Club, Platinum Club, Chairman's Club, and Hall of Fame induction.

My hobbies include golfing, skiing, hiking, biking and coaching his kids sports teams.  I am married with three children.
